The Honorable Melissa Hathaway, member of the Potomac Institute Board of Regents, Senior Fellow, and member of the Cyber Readiness Index team recently published an article entitled “Ambition vs. Progress: The National Cyber Security Agenda of the Netherlands” in Cyber Security Raad. The article comes one year after the release of the “Netherlands Cyber Readiness at a Glance” country profile released in September of 2017 and assesses developments in the Netherlands’ approach to cybersecurity policy since it released the National Cybersecurity Agenda: A Cybersecure Netherlands (NCSA) in April of 2018.
