SeanFilipThe Potomac Institute welcomes Sean Filip our newest Research Assistant.

Sean received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut as well as his Masters of Science in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Sean enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2009 and is currently still serving with an Infantry reserve battalion. Sean’s military experiences have taken him across the United States as well as the Middle East. Sean will be working with S&T Policy Division as well as the Center for Adaptation and Innovation.

The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies is an independent, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit public policy research institute. The Institute identifies and aggressively shepherds discussion on key science and technology issues facing our society. From these discussions and forums, we develop meaningful science and technology policy options and ensure their implementation at the intersection of business and government.
