Donald A. Donahue, DHEd, is the Executive Director of the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' Center for Health Policy & Preparedness.  In a recent issue of the Journal of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, he writes that it's time for the academic community to take the lead in training a new class of highly-skilled homeland security professionals.
