The International Center for Terrorism Studies at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies hosted a special Capitol Hill seminar, "Foreign Affinity Terrorism: Domestic and International Implications," in the Rayburn House Office Building, Room 2103, on Thursday, July 29.  The event was co-sponsored by the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' International Center for Terrorism Studies, the Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies, and the Inter-University Center for Legal Studies of the International Law Institute.
