Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Senior Fellow Amb. David Smith (Ret.) is the Director of the Potomac Institute Cyber Center. He is a cyber security and cyber policy analyst, and a former US arms negotiator. In an interview with Federal News Radio, he analyzed similarities and differences between two cyber security measures that have been introduced in the Senate. Smith says he sees advantages in both, and warns against getting bogged down in a political fight over the bills. "I think each one of them has got some strong points," he says. "Rather than have a duel, we need to have the best of both and let's do what's right for the security of the country." Click here to read and listen to the interview.
