The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies presented the fifth seminar in a series addressing science, technology, and policy issues relative to cyber security on Wednesday July 6. The program, "Cyber Deterrence: Mutual Assured Disruption or Other Options?" featured a panel including Gen. The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' Center for Neurotechnology Studies hosted a special lunchtime lecture by Dr. Zhang Zhimin of the China Research Institute for Science Popularization (CRISP) of Beijing, China, on Tuesday, August 16.
