The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies' quarterly newsletter, Focus, returns with a cover story on the efforts of the Institute's cyber team.  That team - led by BGen David Reist, USMC (Ret.) and Justin Rossi - is engaged in a critical project aimed at defining and combating the risk of a "cyber 9/11."  Also in the Winter 2010 issue: a program developed with assistance from the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab's Center for Emerging Threats and Opportunities (CETO), designed to counter the threat of web-savvy enemies surfing the internet for weapons or data intended to do harm.  Click below to read the Winter 2010 issue.
