The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Spring 2013 newsletter features a cover story on the first volume of a biography on Gen. Al Gray, 29th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps and the current Chairman of the Board of Regents at the Institute.  The issue includes other stories, including new members of our Board of Regents, a story on the first CReST Bold Ideas seminar with noted author David Brin, an opinion piece on BRAIN Mapping written by the CReST team, an overview of the ICTS events on Refugeeism Challenges and Combatting Hizballah's Global Network, featured news stories that featured Institute experts, and a story focusing on the Marine Coprs reset as they rebalance toward the Pacific.
