The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies Winter 2013 newsletter features a cover story on the release of "#CyberDoc: No Borders -- No Boundaries," which was launched at the National Press Club Dec. 4.  A call to action, the book calls on national leaders to articulate a doctrine that will help put an end to the scattershot approach that has evolved in the absence of real guidance in the cyber realm.  This issue also includes coverage of a Diplomatic Security panel, the launch of a the "Terrorism: An Electronic Journal and Knowledge Base (www.terrorismelectronicjournal.org), a program titled "Addressing the Supply Chain Threat" regarding cyber hacking, and more.
