Potomac Institue Vice President and Senior Fellow, Dr. Michael Fritze was quoted in a Semiconductor Enigneering article entitled, "A Crisis in DoD's Trusted Foundry Program". Dr. Fritze manages the Microelectronics Policy portfolio at the Institute and is also the Director of the VITAL Center (Vital Infrastructure Technology And Logistics). Dr. Fritze was quoted through out the article on the importance of advanced and trusted microelectronics for the U.S. defense industry.
