Erica Kilgore is the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at The Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Prior to working at the institute, she worked as a Head Cashier at Lowe’s for two years, wrangling front end scheduling and coordinating with the management team to assist in the day-to-day operations. While working toward her Master’s Degree, Erica was a Client Services Representative with Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group in New York City. She has worked for two other fortune 100 companies; Universal Studios for two years as a Guest Coordinator, and as an intern at the Walt Disney World Company for Kilimanjaro Safaris, where she developed a passion for conservation. At the Potomac Institute, she is responsible for coordinating and record keeping, as well as ensuring organized communication with clients.
