Suzann (Zan) Riester is the Potomac Institute’s Vice President, Contracts & Administration. In this role, she is responsible for leading a team of contract and administrative professionals conducting the Institute’s day-to-day administrative and business activities. She is the principal advisor to staff and management on contract and administrative related matters. This includes significant utilization of knowledge of applicable regulations, best business practices, business judgment and business acumen. Zan acts as an advisor with other corporate VPs on the Institute’s corporate governance and compliance matters as well as on contract matters and corporate imperatives. She is also a corporate officer. 
Zan’s background includes years of experience in  both for-profit and non-profit organizations in senior and corporate positions. She has been instrumental in revenue growth and client retention in start-up and mid-size organizations. She serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.
